Department of University Performance Monitoring and Educational Research

• organizing and conducting monitoring of the state and dynamics of the University’s educational environment;
• organizing and conducting research in the field of education, including educational policy, psychosocial climate, institutional development, and other areas in response to the University’s needs and the current priorities of the academic community;
• studying the socio-psychological climate, academic integrity, mental health and well-being, motivation, civic engagement, and value orientations of participants in the educational process;
• preparing analytical materials and reports based on the results of monitoring and educational research to support effective University management and development;
• disseminating and promoting research findings among the academic community and stakeholders.

• collects and analyzes data on the University’s internal processes;
• initiates and conducts monitoring of the University’s activities and research in the field of education and prepares reports based on their results;
• organizes thematic research and presents its findings to the academic community;
• participates in developing proposals for improving the University’s organizational structure, regulatory framework, and educational policies based on data and research findings;
• participates in preparing analytical materials for strategic planning;
• contributes to the sustainable development of the University’s educational environment through research into socio-psychological processes, value orientations, academic culture, ethical climate, and mental well-being.
